I have never had bad experience with her or billing. The only thing they dont do Saturdays or evenings

Marlene is a great listener and always offers helpful suggestions. She was able to work with my medication provider. I'm feeling so much better and am thankful to have found her. The new office staff is great-there was some turnover during the Pandemic.

Awful office with no communication or consistency with staffing. All the staff are new with little experience treating patients. No one has a clue what they are doing. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

Marlene is amazing. She will be there for you through thick and thin. Truly cares about her clients. She is willing to go the extra mile for you no matter what. She really appreciates the opportunity to help. She is flat out, beyond words amazing. If you are in the Virginia Beach area and are looking for a therapist or counselor, you should seriously consider Marlene. She will change your life.

Note how old these reviews are. Mrs. Juron is one of the owners of this business, and all I can tell you is whenever I ask to see a manager there, no one is available. They never have a live person answering the phone, ever. They never return phone calls, ever. They will bill you though for charges insurance already paid. They will fire your therapist and not call you, so when you show up you have to see someone else.

Solutions has been an amazing help to me and my family. John and Marlene Juron make you feel like family. This was a big factor in making them our go to. Their calming, professional atmosphere greets you when you walk in. They have a great online scheduling system that made it super easy to get in when I was a new patient. They are multi-faceted helping with marriage counseling, stress management and ADHD testing/management. I am so excited for them in their growing phase.

Marlene and her staff are great. I originally went for myself and later had her see my daughter and son as well. She is very understanding and non-judgmental and provided us with helpful suggestions and resources that I would have never considered on my own.
