very good doctor

Yearly eye check up
I shadowed doctors for a living to help them with patient experiences such as listening, clear instructions, etc. Although retired now I can't help but observe any doctor appointments I have to see how they do with communication and improving a patient's experience. She is competent, thorough, and skilled in her medical craft but also personable, kind and interested in her patients. Great doc and a great communicator! I'll give her the highest of scores! Thanks Dr. Kluss!
