She seemed like a kind person, but definitely not someone who should be a therapist for teens and young adults. She has very strange and frustrating ideas about mental disorders, and pretty much dismissed the existence of multiple mental disorders and mental illnesses, saying 'they turn out to be autism'. I find this very offensive and weird as someone with multiple mental issues and not autism, to be repeatedly gaslighted by her. She pushed her weird ideas on me and tried to make me think I have things I don't have which seriously disturbed me. She repeatedly spoke misinformation about the diagnostics and traits of the conditions she advocates, and made it clear that her very out there ideas were better but could not find any way of explaining why or how. If you are looking for a mindfulness-type therapist she would probably be good, but don't bring up mental disorders or she'll try to find away of manipulating you into her weird ideas.
