If you are in a fragile mental health state I DO NOT recommend Dr. Marshall Wigfall at Complete Whole and Compassionate Care. She was not friendly at all and I was always rushed through my appointments with her. She on multiple occasions in a professional setting got verbally aggressive with me. Please Beware!!! When I switched doctors she refused to electronically send my medical records and told me I needed to pay 15 dollars to have them printed off by her for paper. She stated I had to come pick them up in person. By far the worse experience with a medical provider.

They give a degree to anyone
Complete joke and trash on the of handling new patients and conducting business. Has virtual signing option for documents but won’t accommodate potential new patients to use option because in their words “I don’t like it so I don’t use it” when it doesn’t matter what they like they should DO THEIR JOB AND ACCEPT THE FORMS THE PATIENT IS COMFORTABLE. No compassion or willingness to help for a “professional” in the mental health field. Disgusting. Will be going out of my way to not recommend or talk people out of going to this provider

Absolutely do not let a vulnerable patient see her
As a health care provider, I can say with absolute certainty that this woman should not be seeing patients, prescribing medications, or counseling vulnerable populations. She talks over her patients, fails to listen to physical or emotional concerns, and actually hung up on a young potentially suicidal teenager today. Her practice should be investigated and she should have her license removed.

She continued to forget who I was and didn’t seem as though she wanted to listen to what I truly wanted to say. The appointments are delayed because she doesn’t have your file pulled up and has to search for it for a long time in silence. She also tried saying I canceled an appointment when I never did and even had an appointment with her where she increased my medication. That’s scary for a mental health provider. Do not recommend

I am very disappointed in the care this provider provides. She is extremely rude and does not consider the patient’s concerns. She does not try to get to know her patients and it’s like I am just another case rather than a person.

Dr. Wigfall is very easy to talk to, and she encourages you to share whatever may be on your mind. In addition to listening, she offered coping strategies and discussed various methods in dealing with my mental health issues - not just one. She made me feel that I had control about which medications I would like to take, and which I would rather not. Thank you so much!
