I came in to change brands of contacts and update my glasses prescription at America's Best. I explained how even with eye drops I can't wear my contacts for more than a few hours. She recommended I try eye drops and when I repeated that I use them already and it doesn't work she said we could change brands. She prescribed the same brand yet again and lowered the prescription, without mentioning it to me, so now I'm in pain AND can't see. No one can fit me in in time for me to leave the country in 10 days. Waste of $140.
