I got my IUD with Dr. Mary Brown and I could not recommend her more! The office is very relaxed and she made sure I felt very comfortable and supported. I was very worried about the pain and Dr. Brown did everything possible and gave me every pre-procedure tip to make it as painless as possible. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Brown.

The office has a relaxed atmosphere. I was taken back just ahead of my appointment time and waited a very short time before Mary Brown, NP saw me. She was friendly and professional as we discussed my needs. I felt thoroughly listened to and given good care.

My visit was probably the most pleasant and painless wellness exam I have ever had. She truly listened to me and gave me such helpful advice. So down to earth and genuine. I also liked her willingness to work with me on alternative options and she did not seem to have a problem with my naturopathic provider helping my issues. While it does take a while to get in with her, it is worth it! I highly recommend her. I would caution about the schedulers and reception. One of the ladies at the front was quite rude. The nurse was very kind, however. Overall, a good visit.

Mary Brown is the cream of the cream!!! She is the BEST!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is patient, kind, attentive, caring and 200% knowledgeable. You will be luck if you can get in. The wait is worth it. Please note though that on the flip side, the current receptionist/office manager/supposed greeter (not!) is horrible. Christina is rude, cold, robotic, did I say rude, curt, clip and not who or what you'd ever want to have as your first impression at any office! Once you get to the back with Mary it's A+++. Reception area is a straight F. It must change! I know it's been tough to find people of caliber to work in such service-oriented environments but Christina would be much better suited at a desk where she had no one on she had to look at or talk with or - heaven forbid - to help! For the moment, I will warn any more referrals of what to expect - or not to expect - when walking in. After going through the second door past Christina, it will be fabulous.

Very attentive and kind lady. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Seriously such a nice woman. She seems to really care when you share your problems.

WARNING: ABSOLUTE BILLING NIGHTMARE! It has been 6 months since I went in for a routine exam. The incorrect code was put on my lab order, and I have been trying to get it fixed since July. It takes forever to get ahold of anyone, and they have told me multiple times now it has been fixed. It is not fixed - My $620 is now about to go to collections. Nobody will help me.

I had an appointment today scheduled for 11:30 with a mammogram scheduled for 1:30 p.m., when I walked in the receptionist said that I was late and could not be worked in. When I asked her why she didn't call to confirm I was told that I was sent a text message to confirm, which I never received one. If I were you, I would by pass the AGA group and find some other office with a more reliable group to schedule appointments and reliable physician. I WILL NEVER USE HER AGAIN!
