My husband is a sex addict. Pathological liar. Serial cheater. Also physically, mentally and emotionally abusive the entire 19 year marriage. He was finally diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder which is clinical for psychopath or sociopath. Before that, we saw Mary and I am shocked she is a CSAT much less a therapist. She victim shamed me, shushed me, told my husband and myself that he wasn’t an addict. Told Me I wasn’t allowed to say anything negative about my husband. She further traumatized me with her victim blaming and shaming attitude and methods. My husband was still actively cheating on me, lying to me, verbally and mentally abusing me as well as still being physically abusive the entire time he was seeing her. She did not listen to anything I said and made me feel like my husband was a victim instead of me.
