Abandoned by LPC
I booked through teladoc and had several good appointments before she stopped showing. There were four no shows in a row. Her excuse was the servers were down at Teledoc causing connection issues each time. Both customer service and the IT department of Teladoc confirmed no such issue existed. I feel lied to, hurt, betrayed, and abandoned.
