Dr. Mary Hart, DPT

Mary Hart is the best physical therapist I've ever been to. She really learns about the individual and gives you a specialized plan. Before Mary, nothing worked. My back always hurt me. But, Mary did an amazing evaluation and her treatment is excellent. She has taught me how to properly move my body so I don't get aches and pains. She has kept my back pain free for 10 years. She's also worked on my broken arm last year and my twisted ankle the year before. I now sit properly, walk properly and sleep properly. Who knew I had so much to learn. She concentrates on the central nervous system which a lot of physical therapists don't. It's key. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARY HART AND 'The Hart Technique.'

Dr. Hart is the only health care professionals that didn’t see me as a condition or label when I I first walked into her office. I immediately felt better. This continues to be the case.Dr. Hart works on my whole being, not only symptoms. I can walk my dog again.

I had suffered with plantar fasciitis for months and after trying a walking boot and a round of steroids, a friend recommended Mary. I’m so glad I went to Mary. She worked on my posture and breathing and my foot pain was relieved ! She gave me exercises to do at home and I am continuing to improve and gain strength and health in my body. I love her gentle approach and would highly recommend her to everyone!

She refused to help me with my condition because I am a smoker and then gaslighted me upon examining me that I have brain and nerve damage. Unbelievable to get shamed by such a self righteous queen bee quack!

Mary Hart is simply amazing. I have been to a few physical therapists & she is the only one who has ever helped me. I have arthritis in my back & hip and she got me out of pain the first time I saw her. She works in a unique way. And teaches you how to heal yourself. I also have chronic fatigue syndrome & she does not make me feel exhausted. She is wonderful in every way!

Mary Hart is truly amazing. I appreciate that she understood that my pain wasn't localized. She was able to determine that my posture was the main reason I was in pain and through her training and non-invasive treatments such as the Graston Technique was able to make a big difference. Her holistic approach is the right way to treat patients unlike other physical therapists I've seen in the past.

I have experienced mid back pain for at least 5 years. I have had physical therapy with many therapists but have had no relief. After two visits with Mary I am without pain and she has shown me new ways of living that have helped my posture .
