I saw Nurse Haynes this afternoon regarding severe back pain. I explained that my current prescriptions for my knee arthritis didn't help my back. She proceeded to tell me my pain was due to gaining 10lb and I should lose weight. I explained that it was hard to walk and she told me that exercise is only 20% of weight loss. In the end she left the room and sent the admin in with a refill for my knee meds. This was my worst experience with Kaiser ever!
