No Follow-Up

I have seen her twice. She has a sort of flippant attitude. Neither time did she appear interested in identifying a solution like the Mayo providers do. Her follow up to post visit questions is non-existent. As in she does not respond. I end up just following up with my primary physician to resolve issues.

Disheartening & Unpleasant Experience

I saw Mrs. Kimball at Mayo Clinic Primary Care in Jax, FL once and never again. I expressed my concern for some ongoing and worsening symptoms, and felt like all my issues were dismissed. She was extremely condescending and lacked bedside manner. I have worked and seen MANY providers, and I can easily say that Mrs. Kimball was amongst the most unpleasant I’ve interacted with. I left the appointment feeling sad, unheard, and disheartened. Overall, very disappointing and a poor reflection of Mayo Clinic’s advertised values.
