Professional, empathetic, prepared for my visit, and timely. I have seen her twice for follow up on my pain management plan. Remembered me even though it had been a year. Easy to understand and able to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the care I received. As a retired healthcare professional, I am confident that the care she gives is the best I could get anywhere. I was finished with my appointment 3 minutes after my scheduled time. I arrived 20 minutes early to have time to update my information and she was ready when I finished registering. My visit was not rushed, she is just that organized and progressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend her.

Mary has been in charge of my follow up care for several years. She is extremely kind, listens, and actually seems to care about my well being, both physical and mental and makes referrals accordingly whether for yearly testing to make sure my heart is tolerating my medicine, PT, therapy, or another ORA doctor to help with knee pain and arthritis. I have never felt like part of a herd under her care and I have never been pressured into an unwanted surgery or procedure which is why I ended up with Dr. Sundar and Mary in the first place.
