First visit was a televisit. She was personable and offered a lot of perspective on sleep apnea. She answered all my questions and was easy to talk with.

Very unprofessional, spoke about patient information in a confidential setting out in an open area. She did not know I was standing near the door when she was talking about me and my personal situation with other associates. She needs to work on her bedside manner. I was a patient who will never recommend Vancouver Clinic or Mary Junkin or her staff to anyone seeking help with sleep apnea.

She's very friendly up front, but she doesn't listen very well. I explained my issue and told her what I've tried to do, and even then she still recommended I do the same practice to help my sleep issues (which I had already been doing). Furthermore, I wasn't happy with a couple of things she said and asked her to remove herself from my care team and cancel my next appointment (she offered to), but she removed all of my sleep care doctors, not just her, and kept the appointment.

Mary has a great bedside manner and explains things very well. She's concerned with doing what's best for her patients. I've had to see her a handful of times for my sleep apnea. In addition to being a great healthcare provider, she's also extremely down to earth and you can tell she doesn't have an agenda like a lot of physicians out there.
