If you are looking for help with counseling on your marriage or grief, I highly recommend Mary Riche. She has a way of helping you see things clearly and she does not judge. She is warm and caring and very easy to speak to. She has helped me tremendously. I cannot thank her enough.

Mary really helped me in a time of great turmoil in my life stemming from a narsacistic mother, stressful marriage & dealing with the depression & complications from major health problems. She taught me to give myself permission to let go of all of the mental stress, disappointment & mental scars from my childhood & that which I could not control. It sounds weird but by the end of our time together, I could physically feel the weight of all of those issues leave my body. Wonderful person!
