Mary Rizzo, RN

Mary Rizzo proceeded to make assumptions about me without asking any leading questions. She told me I “worked out too much, and didn’t eat enough,” although I was in getting tested for a UTI and this comment was completely inappropriate. She didn’t even ask me how much I workout or how much I eat, she simply made hurtful assumptions. She also spoke to me the entire time standing up and in a lecturing manner, rather than kindly educating me and guiding me. It was the worst experience I’ve had with a higher medical professional and I left feeling bad about my body and even more confused about what was going on with my health.

She is down to earth. She makes sure you understand everything she is telling you or what is going on with your health. She is quick with getting you referred to a specialist if that is what you need. I never feel like I need to rush through what I need to tell her or the nurses. They go above and beyond the expectations of a provider. Mary and the nurses stayed after hours trying to reach another provider I had been referred to but had not heard from in 3 weeks. My whole family sees her now.
