I was referred to Mary by my Doctor to help on the diet side of my weight loss journey. When she started talking, it felt like she was going through the motions. Then, she started taking about my Doctor had discussed with me. She gave me completely contradicting advice from what my Doctor told me, and they way she said it made me loose all respect for anything she told me. She looked at my bloodwork, discussed a family history of diabetes, and said I would need to meet with her again to discuss it further. I will not be setting up any more appointments with her.
