1st and last appt with Mary - Right away, she launched into a conversation about how she doesn't know if she can schedule me weekly or even monthly during a coveted/popular after work 7pm weekday time slot. Her reason for this is because my insurance doesn't pay her as much as she'd like. She explained that my $40 copay combined with the $40 from insurance would not be as much as the $180 she gets in cash from everyone else. This goes against many insurance rules / is appalling.
