I have been Mary Wardle’s patient for about 3 years. I am a 10 year cancer survivor. I have found Mary to be very knowledgeable and caring. She has never rushed my visits, she listens to me. Mary has always gone above and beyond to help me and my medical needs. Mary stays on top of when I need blood work and Wellness exams. Mary is a rare find. I had my former doctor for 30 years. I was afraid I would never find someone to replace him. I found his replacement in Mary Wardle.

This is my 2nd attempt to leave a review, can't find the 1st one I did. But this is important to me because Mary is amazing. Not only is she professional, she is knowledgeable and truly caring. She takes time to really listen and then address the issues..I trust her 100%. This last year I had a lengthy illness due to an infection in my intestines. Although, Mary referred me to a couple of specialists, SHE is the one that cured me! I feel very lucky to have found Mary and can't imagine seeing anyone else. Mary stood by me every step of the way when I was fighting this infection. I had my infectious disease doctor throw up his hands and literally dismiss me as his patient because he said there wasn't anything else that he could do for me. But not Mary, she stayed the course with me and wouldn't give up on me until she got me well...like I said, she is my Hero! I have been Mary's patient for about 5 years and I cannot imagine ever seeing any other Health Professional. Thank you Mary

SHE IS TERRIBLE & INCOMPETENT. 2ND TIME I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH HER. MY REGUGLAR DR WAS ON VACATION. MY HUSBAND HAS PNUEMONIA, WENT THROUGH 2 SETS OF STERIODS & ANTIBIOTICS, BUT STILL HAD A SEVERE COUGH THAT WOULDN'T STOP & NEEDED TO KNOW THE NEXT STEP. SHE DID NOT SEE ME OR HELP, BUT ADVISED THE NURSE TO TELL HIM TO GO GET A COVID TEST. WE BOTH ARE DOUBLE VACCINATED, BESIDES NOT HAVING ANY COVID SYMPTOMS EXCEPT A COUGH!! NO ONE HELPED SET UP THE APPOINTMENT, SO I SPENT OVER AN HOUR ON LINE & COULDN'T GET A TEST FOR OVER A WEEK. I CALLED THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE BACK, AND SOMEONE AT THE FRONT DESK FINALLY HELPED ME, AND WAS ABLE TO SET UP THE NEW COVID TEST IN 1 MINUTE.! I AM ALSO REPORTING HER FOR THE SECOND TIME TO INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE PARTNERS.

My first visit was today and WAS i IMPRESSED with Mary . she took her time to get to know me and update all of my med information I am so glad i found her I usually hate seeing a Dr but I will look forward to my next vist

New patient. Very first thing I asked was do you take Medicare? They said yes. Took my Medicare and supplemental cards and made copies, gave me a small book to fill out medical info and set the appt. I called them a few days of my appt. and was told it was cancelled because they don’t take Medicare. I asked when they were going to notify me? They said they didn’t know, probably the day before the appt. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Here is the insurance language concerning Medicare ON HER SITE. Accepts Medicare Assignment She does accept the payment amount Medicare approves and not to bill you for more than the Medicare deductible and coinsurance. So, did they cancel taking Medicare right after I set the appointment? Really put me in a bind.
