Unprofessional. Doesn't listen. Treats healthy skin instead of the anomaly and then blames the patient for her incompetency. Would not recommend.

Appointment was really rushed.

I have severe white coat syndrome. I had to get a biopsy, I explaned all of this to Mary Beth and she took great care & time (in her extremely busy shedule) to explain to me every step along the way. It was absolutely painless, she numbed me up very well & constantly checked in with me along the way to make sure I was okay & not experiencing any pain. She called me personally today, on her day off to give me my diagnosis, check in & again, give me the details on everything that was going to happen next. She is an extremeley kind and knowledgeable person. I would not want to have gone through this with anyone else. Thank you so much,Mary Beth, Shannon & Crystal.

I am speaking on my fathers behalf and I wish I was present to advocate for him during his appointment but unfortunately I was not able to or else none of this would’ve occurred. My father felt unheard and was under a lot of pain after seeing this so called ‘specialist’. He went in for a skin tag removal and skin dryness. Had kindly asked for any type of numbing cream but disregarded his request and went forward in snipping 4 LARGE skin tags (as big as raisins, even a bit bigger) knowing it was causing him pain. He’s a high risk patient with over 10 medical problems and being one that he is diabetic. A wrong snip can cause more discomfort or even an infection, reason why his PCP wanted him to only be seen by a professional. From the work that she did I might as well done the snipping myself with a pair of scissors. I work in the medical field and I know as patients we have rights to refuse, ask, and reassure on any medical care or treatment we receive. In his words she looked annoyed a

Have seen her four times. Very knowledgable, efficient and professional.

Closed up the practice a few days before my appointment with no chance to reschedule or any help setting up an appointment elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional

Never remembers who you are or what your condition is, and then only gives the most cursory look. When asked a question about another skin issue, she claimed I would have to make another appointment because she was "too busy" entering information on her computer. One of the most infuriatingly unhelpful and rude doctors I've ever dealt with.

Never again will I step into this practice again! I have acne on my face, so MB Holak walks into the room, asks where my acne is, never even making eye contact! YOU WOULD KNOW IF YOU LOOKED DIRECTLY AT ME THAT THE ACNE IS ON MY FACE! I could not get over how I was treated so impersonally! They just wanted me gone, she cut me off when I try to ask questions and ultimately gave me prescriptions. DO NOT TRUST HER OR DR AVERSA. they're in it for the money!
