My husband and I were headed to divorce court before counseling. Matt has helped us so much and though there is more work to be done divorce is not an option. We are in a very good place now and have changed how we communicate.

I have been seeing Matt for a while now, and he has been an amazing therapist! We’ve been able to work through so much trauma together because he really knows what he is doing. He constantly takes the time to learn more ways to help his clients, and he really truly cares about you and your journey to optimal mental health. His empathy is shown in every session. He’s even cried with me a few times. I highly recommend Matt to anyone who needs help getting through trauma.
