Matt Neuman, PA-C

In mid September (a sunday morning) I went to Bridger Orthopedic Urgent care when I experience extreme pain/spasms through my right shoulder and arm. My insurance company denied my doctors initial request for an MRI 4 weeks earlier when the symptoms first occurred. On this Sunday they became unbearable. I was seen by PA Matt Neuman. He displayed great care and concern for my condition and symptoms and was dismayed the MRI had not been approved. He provided me with medication and immediately sent a request for an MRI to my insurance company. The next morning at 10am I was called and advised that my MRI had been approved. It occurred the next day and confirmed I had a C6/C7 ruptured disc. I received treatment the following day from Dr. Slocum and I am currently scheduled for surgery with Dr. Ben Smith. I don't know what Matt wrote in his request but it got the approval needed to start my process to fix my condition. His concern was real and I apprecitate his efforts to help me

When I needed to have shoulder surgery, Matt was the first person I saw at Alpine Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. He presented himself as very friendly and professional, and once he took the basic information he needed regarding my injury, I felt that Matt took his time to ask very specific questions to help him understand how the injury happened and what I had done to help with my healing process before coming to Alpine. I felt he was 100% supportive of me through my entire ordeal.
