Mattea is an excellent practitioner -- she is focused, very organized and skilled at what she does. You can tell she is always thinking about her patients as she will regularly have resources to provide to help you in learning more about yourself. - I appreciate how she listens, and follows up with plans of actions that both she and I should be doing; - I appreciate how she "previews" what things she or I would like to focus on for the next session; - As someone who enjoys learning, I very much appreciate how she allows me to use my "learning and processing styles" to connect more deeply and intentionally with our sessions. I know therapy can be expensive, but if you can swing it (personally I couldn't do 1 hour sessions, so we cut it to weekly 30 minute sessions) please invest in yourself and find someone who can help and support you in managing your mental health concerns.
