Matt was wonderful when the doctors went on a hunting expedition to find what was causing my pain and falling. To me, he seemed extremely well trained, but knew when to check with the doctor when he wasn't sure, or needed more authority for treatment. Those consultations that he made with Dr. Jestus took just minutes, and every time the path Matt had thought was best was confirmed by the doctor. I felt extremely well cared for by Matt Finn.
