Matt and Maddie at Tailor Made Physical Therapy in Troy have helped me rehab multiple parts of my body including both of my knees. Matt has worked with me both before and after my surgery and he knows when and how much to push me during each session and sometimes he alters an exercise so that I’m still gaining flexion and extension but lessening the pain. They also have an app that features the exact exercises he wants you doing at home including videos that demonstrate how they should be done, how many reps, etc. When I have a bad day, Matt listens to my concerns and often adjusts our sessions based on my pain level. With their expertise, we were able to get my left leg prepared for a total knee replacement surgery in early August of this year. My experience with them has been so positive and productive that I can’t recommend them highly enough.
