In my experience with Dr. Johns, he made an inappropriate comment about my hair as well as disclosing a story a patient told him that had sexual themes. Adjustments went well but his comments to me were inappropriate and unprofessional.

I had multiple experiences of Dr. Johns being unprofessional. After taking my hair down from a ponytail after a neck exam he asked if I was doing so to "distract him." In a different session he felt the need to tell me about one of his patients going to an adult toy party. I was very uncomfortable and attempted to laugh it off until it became too much. In regards to chiropractic care, I was given a neck pillow that I later discovered had to be properly adjusted (which he neglected to do). He also started having me do a neck exercise after adjustments in a separate room but neglected this treatment when the waiting room had other patients. I left and do not plan on returning.
