Not Recommended
The initial appointment with Dr. Matthew Lyon to have my hearing tested went well. But, I did not care for the lack of follow up from his office and how the insurance was handled for obtaining hearing aids. I will look for another provider for hearing aids. I would not recommend Dr. Lyon nor El Paso Hearing Aid & Audiology Center.

Worst Experience
Dr was rude and seemed to be upset about testing my daughter. We had already been rescheduled was not able to complete test abs was told to reschedule may need a couple of sessions. Was rescheduled again and then canceled. Was never called back never sent what results were achieved to her ENT. Dr could have referred out if not experienced, which he clearly is not with children.
