Words cannot describe how comfortable and safe my Physician Assistant has made me feel. When I was diagnosed with cancer my world fell apart. Matthew Petersen was a big part of helping me get through it. He understands that even though I’m cancer free now my anxiety is still there. He knows how nervous I am during my follow up appointments and he helps me through them. He explains everything to me in detail. He helps to keep me calm and level headed. He answers all my questions and never rushes me. He guides me to questions I should have but can’t think of on the spot. I always end up leaving the office better than when I arrived. I know that he truly cares about my well being. My cancer diagnosis not only impacted me but my family. His patience and knowledge was extended to them as well. I have been truly blessed to have Matthew on my side.

Since my husband's diagnosis of prostate cancer, Matt is the one shining light that has helped us deal with the terrible disease. He is extremely concerned about his patient's well-being and goes out of his way to make you feel special. He truly cares for his patients and my husband and I both love him. This is a difficult disease to deal with and people like Matt make it a little easier to cope.

I was having an issue with my old Doctor and was put into contact with Matthew Petersen. After speaking with Matthew very briefly on the phone he was able to schedule me an appointment with the next available Doctor very quickly to get everything that I needed taken care of as easily as possible, and he really went out of his way to make sure I was very well taken care of.
