Dr. Phinney gives a good adjustment but did not diagnose my condition correctly. I paid for exercises and traction that caused me severe pain. He bills your insurance plus you pay for months of co-pays in advance. You also pay for his consultations (pressure to continue and pay for more future adjustments) and pay out-of-pocket for X-rays that would have been covered by my insurance policy. In my opinion, it's a scam and hurts the reputation of other reputable chiropractors.
