Matthew Renner completely dismissed my condition as if there was nothing wrong with me. He described my MRI as "underwhelming" even though I have a herniated disc and pinched nerve in my cervical spine. Also, he couldn't even answer basic questions related to my issue. It was a total waste of time, energy and money to see this provider, and I would never recommend him or his office to anyone. I found a different neurosurgeon in Seattle who actually listened and answered my questions. She performed my spine surgery and I has excellent results.
