I received a letter from Dr Romano's office telling me it was time for a colonoscopy. I made an appointment for a consultation, arrived, filled out paperwork, paid my $35 co-pay, and was told I didn't need the procedure until next year. Not only didn't they refund my co-pay for an unnecessary visit, they billed me for another $40! If I can be told my last procedure was clean enough to not warrant a visit yet, I should not have received the letter. I certainly should not have been billed for it. Money grab. I'd give zero stars if it was a choice.

PA Matthew is an excellent Practioner. He is very patient, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. If more practices had “Matthew’s “, we would all benefit

Wanted nothing to do with my problem, would not discuss results, was impatient and dismissive.

Would not listen to me, treated me in a rush manner. Forgot why I was there, twice and said all my tests were normal when they were not. Did not even tell me I had a kidney stone. He was rude and does not like to answer questions.

Would not listen to anything I said. Scheduled me for a test I had had just months ago and would have nothing to do with the problem. I was there for abdominal pain and he scheduled me for a barium swallow. Then he prescribed a medication that had been tried on me twice before with no success. Then tried to prescribe a medication that was in my list of allergies. I find him to be utterly inept.
