Dr is nice, professional.
But the staff who work in front desk are mean Ladies both of them And nurse bad service too.

Matt Sacht P.A. is one of the BEST P.A.'s I have ever dealt with. My 71 year old Mom who broke her wrist was treated with compassion and respect by Matt and the entire staff who treated her at ROC Express. Matt listened to my mom and assessed the extent of her injury quickly. His upbeat, positive personality made a surgery prognosis easier to swallow. We were blown away by our check in experience, Matt's professionalism, the x-ray tech and Sara who put a new splint on my mom.

Matthew Sachts was very knowledgeable and spent the time answering my questions. I never felt rushed and had a very good understanding of my diagnosis when I left. The women who checked me in were very professional as well as compassionate. The office staff were helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend ROC Express. Thank you for your care.

My experience at ROC Express yesterday with PA-C, Matt Sacht was exceptional! His explanation on my condition was extremely helpful. I left roc express with a sense of hope and optimism around my injury. Overall the entire staff was great! 5 stars for sure!!!

I was blown away from the front desk to my examination by Matt. Very professional, clearly explained what was going on and the treatment options. These guys are amazing. If you have a need for orthopedic care in the Reno/Sparks area, you are doing yourself a disservice by not going here!!
