Matthew Slater was unkind and lacked patient care experience during my encounter with him in PAMF Urgent Care in Soquel, CA. He dismissed the amount of pain I was in with a severely ankle sprain that I had acquired the day before. I could not bear any weight on the ankle and the ankle was swollen, black and purple. He looked at it for about a minute, then after X-rays showed there was no fracture, he basically rolled his eyes and sent me off without pain medication, suggestions or sympathy.
