Matthew Totter, CNP

Finally, someone that listens.

I have been a patient of Matthew Totter for 4 years. He always takes time, listens to what you have to say and provides excellent care

Totter takes his time with you and you feel like he actually listens to you. He has helped me with several issues. His staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend his services.

I would never recommend Matthew Totter to anyone!!! He is negligent to his duties as a CNP and to his patients needs and will completely turn a blind eye to patients for no reason at all. He should never become a doctor for any reason whatsoever and should find a new field of occupation completely. Like maybe a garbage man. He is good at throwing patients needs away like garbage!

Matthew is a knowledgeable and caring provider, myself, my wife, and my son have been seeing him for the last few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else

Matthew Totter spent more time laughing and kidding around with the nurses than he did with me. He talks a lot but does not listen. So far I've seen him four times and every time he has forgotten to order something, like a Rx or a procedure like an X-ray. I am in the process of trying to find a new PCP. I would not recommend this person to anyone.

Mr. Totter seems to have no idea how to treat certain patients. He does not respond quickly to patients with serious anxiety and he is unwilling to prescribe electronically for patients with severe chronic pain. He refuses to budge in terms of his prescribing practices which are archaic and baseless. No matter how out of their way it is or impossible for them to come pick up their medications, he seems unwilling to budge. If he cannot treat his patients how they need to be treated, he should not treat patients.

Matthew Totter is an amazing CNP. I was so sad when my insurance tried to tell me I couldn't keep him as my PCP due to him not being on their plan but this was thankfully entirely incorrect and we are working to remedy this. He is very understanding and patient and works with me knowing I have anxiety and PTSD and don't do well in certain stitutions and entirely respects my views and wishes for my medical care.
