Having seen many weight-counselors over decades of food-concern, I can confidently say Maureen is the gold standard for nutritionists. In addition to expert knowledge and professional qualifications, she is a warm, perceptive, and supportive helper. She also has the practical tools we all need in order to change our eating habits -- it's never easy, and there are many backward sliding moments, but Maureen is never judgmental even when firm. I cannot recommend this wonderful woman more highly!
