What I endured while working with Mavis Chappell: Endless talk about herself, regular rudeness, unwilling to hear others' ideas, a painstaking need to be the center of attention, the need to always be right even when she wasn't (which was often), and a variety of antisocial, very unfriendly, childish and unprofessional behaviors.

I was able to speak with her within a few hours after leaving a message and scheduled an appointment for the following week. Mavis has shown me that going to a counselor isn't frightening and delivers non-judgemental services.
