All business no therapy
He's charming and sweet when you first meet him. He comes off as very warm, but as you keep talking to him, he's not really listening to you. He talks at you instead of talking with you, if that makes sense? There seems to be an abundance of intellectual empathy but no compassionate empathy. It feels like he treats you just enough so that you're an ongoing paycheck instead of trying to heal you and help you and grow.

My first impression of Maxwell was great! He spoke to me about our plan on how I was going to get better, and how I could be open and honest with him. As we started our sessions I felt in a way that he didn't take my concerns about my mental health seriously. I felt like I had to give him a textbook filled with all of my symptoms just to get a simple diagnoses. I tried to give him a chance, but he kept insisting that I didn't have ********* when I knew I wasn't predisposed to it.
