She cuts to the information and is very on point with how to manage diabetes. She has helped me so very much with my diet and also with my weight and cholesterol. I am almost 2 years into my diagnosis,, on no medication for diabetes and maintaining a normal glucose level. With her help I lost 70 pound in a little less than 10 months , and am in normal weight range now. I was also able to drop my triglycerides 150 points and my cholesterol 100 points in just 3 months with her suggestions.
