My wife works during the week so having weekend access to a doctor is important, we scheduled an office visit with Dr Bruce for a sat morning. My wife left in plenty of time (she thought) to arrive a her appointment 15 minutes prior to fill out paperwork, however traffic delayed her and she arrived only minutes before her appointment. The doctor refused to see her because she said it would take too long to fill in paperwork, which in my experience takes mere minutes, not 15... The same paperwork they claimed to have sent to us ("either by email or regular mail") which we never received. We all understand everyone is busy, but refusing to see a patient because she was a couple minutes "late" is unacceptable and NW Primary Care's draconian policy must change.
