Nice when speaking with her, but she states she will look into something (as well as others in the office) and contact you in about 24 to 48 hours. They NEVER EVER call you. You walk out of the office and you're forgotten. I've had 3 appointments and she stated at each appointment she will look into something and call and let me know. It never happened. They do a great job making a patient feel like they don't matter.
