My appointment went great. Monica at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Monica walked with me and directed me to the area of my doctors appointment. Elisa was kind and efficient. Elisa made it pleasant for me by calling my insurance company and helping me fill out my paperwork. Alahendra the doctors assistant was patient and helpful. Dr. Heany kindly answered my questions, since I am concerned about getting older.

I really REALLY like Dr. Heany. She's very straight forward. No frills. Gets right down to business and that suits me perfectly. Answered all my questions. Didn't seem to be in a hurry which is a pet peeve of mine and she wanted to make sure I understood everything we were discussing since I have a rather complicated family history. I've recommended her to several family members and just recently to a friend. I also like the location of the practice and how easy it is to get in and out and that parking is right out front.

Excellent customer service. Professional, explained clearly and I like that they have the option to thoroughly examine the back of my eyes without having to dilate.

Both Dr. Heany and her associate were very professional and pleasant. This is the 2d annual appointment I have had with her, both worthy of 5 stars. She took the time to explain the difference between various kinds of contact lenses and the merits of each, not indicating her preference until I pressed her. Also, everything ran on a very timely basis, including checking in and out.

Dr. Heany is a good provider. I like that she doesn't appear rushed to get you out, but is efficient with her time.

She is amazing. She addresses any concerns you have and answers any questions. Her staff is amazing as well. I highly recommend her. I have horrible issues with my eyes and now my eyes are so much better.

Dr Heany is great. I had an 11:30 appointment and was out by 11:50!!

Eye prescription not too good. It's blur. I have astigmatism in my right eye. Did not, consult with me how this could be fix or any options.

Dr. Heaney only waits 15 minutes if you are late for an appointment. We were in the building trying to understand their procedure. No one at the front, only little signs. No one was helpful to direct us in the right direction. By the time we were in the right place, Dr. Heaney had left. She doesn’t wait!

Dr. Heaney recently provided an eye exam for contact lenses and I am thrilled. I haven't seen this clear in 5 years. She did a thorough eye exam and quite confidently explained and prescribed the best prescription I could ever imagine. Thank you Dr. Heaney!
