Very Rude
I felt like I was an imposition because of my insurance plan that was making her upset. I did pay upfront some money., however, I have cancer and I am tired, and it takes everything out of my energy bank to make all of my appointments to stay well. I am always willing to pay my bills and have been a customer off and on there for years. It started off great there and then today I was lectured at like a child and that was enough stress for me to deal with, so I walked out and said, 'I don't need this kind of stress.'
