Just returned from a follow-up visit with Dr. LaPoint. Three days ago, this past Sunday morning, after a night of profuse watering in one of my eyes, I awoke with a severe irritation in that same eye. It felt like there was a lash stuck in my eye. At 8 am I called the office and left a message. Within twenty minutes, Dr. LaPoint called me and said she would meet with me at her office in an hour. This was Sunday morning ! She diagnosed the problem (not a lash!), patiently explained the issue and treatment, and prescribed medication. She could not have been more pleasant or helpful. My interaction with the staff today was positive and professional. I learned years ago that you can't please everybody, but I was very pleased !

She’s great. I inherited her from my previous doc, who retired early, and have been very impressed with her from the first visit. She takes care of my wife and children as well. Highly recommended.
