Disappointing - seek help elsewhere
Please reconsider seeking treatment here, especially for children. The experience from intake to the first visit was extremely poor for a mental health provider. So many issues here - from office staff not sending the required forms and taking accountability to suddenly cancelling appointments. The process is already difficult enough when it comes to addressing mental health. There are better places to get the help you need from a more empathic provider who is supported by professional staff.
