I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our experience with Meghan. I brought my 92-year-old Dad for a procedure. Before we arrived, Meghan took the time to reply to an email I sent late the night before. When she wasn't certain I'd seen it, she called me to share the information I requested. Her thoughtfulness continued when she met us at the hospital. She prioritized his safety and comfort and wisely convinced him to use a wheelchair. Once in her office, her kindness continued. She made sure Daddy understood everything that was going to happen during the procedure. She spoke on his level and even showed him pictures. During the procedure, she and the staff were very patient and thoughtful . They made an experience that was a bit unsettling for Daddy into a positive one. Several hours later, he's still talking about how nice she was.
