Dr. Mehrdad Joukar, MSOM

I went for my first visit 7 weeks ago. Thanks to Dr Joukar I am getting the best rest I’ve had in 10 years. I have suffered with neuropathy in my right foot. The sensations are under control and I feel like a new person. No need to fear needles. It’s not like getting a vaccine. I am amazed at how relaxed I am while there and feel so much better. Dr Joukar is very patient and accommodating. He is Very mild mannered and knows what he is doing.

I was referred by my primary MD for ongoing chronic health conditions which include neck pain, back pain, leg tingling, and right arm numbness with tingling sensation. On the third week of treatment I noticed my body began to respond to acupuncture treatment. I felt less body inflammation, pain improvement, stability, and my body energy flow made me feel extra relax and happy something I was surprised to have encountered. My treatment still continues and effectively has helped resolved and continues to improve by week, the numbness in my right arm, and leg tingling has been resolved, no more discomfort, tingling sensation, or numbness thank you Dr. Mehrdad your work is truly a blessing. I highly recommend acupuncture treatment with Dr. Mehrdad, he shows concern, dignity, sympathy, respect, and maintains professionalism including his healthcare staff who are all helpful, nice, and respectful.

Dr. Joukar is very kind. Went for anxiety. Sleep has improved and just feel more balanced and have more energy. Very friendly office. I sent my husband there for other issue.

I feel like what Dr Joukar has done for me is a bit of a miracle. When I first went to see him, I needed 14 hours of sleep every night and some days didn't have the energy to get out of my chair. I am just at the beginning of my healing process, but I am making such strides that I actually have hope that I will be healthy in the future. Also I have to say that Dr Joukar is so kind, and actually funny, that I look forward to all of my visits with him. He is turning me into Popeye!

Dr. Joukar is very patient and kind. His expert skills prevailed on my first visit. He helped me understand my energy flow (which my circulation and digestion was poor). The enviroment was very soothing. If you have never had acupuncture I highly recommend De. Joukar. The entire staff is friendly, when you arrive you are seen almost immediately. I was looking forward to the therapy. To see what energy paths I could get unblocked. Drink water and teas. My energy was increased.
