Everything was fine until I decided not to buy glasses from them. The attitude changed immediately. I asked Dr. Ballard for some clarification on what she was explaining to me and she got visibly frustrated and said she was trying to explain. Still not sure what she was talking about. I just wanted to get out of there, Very uncomfortable.

My experience with Dr. Ballard was excellent,however my experience with office staff was not. I have been trying to get new lenses for my glasses and wanted to use my existing frames. I was told at the time of my examination, that the lenses could be ordered and ground down to fit my existing frames in their offices. It has now been a month since my examination. I have contacted the office twice and both times was told that they have no control over the lens company. Not acceptable and rude.

  • Trusted the provider's decisions

  • Staff wasn't friendly
