In our experience she is a good nurse practitioner. She is thorough and good with her job

There are several good GPS around. Ms. Davis us not one of them. Beware.

Complete incompetence masked by a sweet demeanor. She kept treating my mother for arthritis instead of ordering further testing for a 2x cancer survivor. By the time we figured out it was advanced Lymphoma my mother couldn't even stand. To make matters worse, the staff was incapable of submitting an order for a hospital bed correctly. I had to make several trips to the office to get them to do it. They even told me my mother was on hospice and they didn't need to place the equipment order over a week before she was actually on hospice. Stay far, far away.

Horrible. Will not give you the correct antibiotics...Has no idea what they are doing and they will not answer the phones most of the time...

For 5 months now, do not get return calls,prescriptions are wrong or never get called in (same ones I've taken for years), never get referrals (still waiting) . When i try to bring this up I hear the only people who can do the job were 'out that day' lol

Very sad. It took months apon months to try and get her to help me, she (they) jerked me around over and over telling me they had it taken care of, but never did. I had to call my insurance company for them because they couldn't seem to do it right. Ended up going to the ER and put in the hospital to get help.

Ms Melanie took lots of time to get history and a complete understanding of symptoms. She has a broad base of knowledge. I believe a good primary care physician takes time to get to know you, has an instinct for what is going on with you based on her knowledge and experience and is able to suggest further testing or referrals as needed. Ms Melanie was all of these things. I highly recommend her! With only one visit, two of my medical needs were accessed and treatment is in progress!
