I had a particularly bad experience with Melanie Dryden. I went to her for advice on hormone replacement. I had been seeing another practitioner and was interested in switching to Melanie. Melanie just kept lecturing about how she did things differently from my previous practitioner. She was condescending and confrontational, and showed no respect for me as a patient. I had to interrupt her diatribe in order to say anything. I left that appointment practically in tears.
