I absolutely love Melissa. I’m currently trying to find out if she’s working somewhere else. She left the Wellness Center on Frye and Dobson. I miss her so much.

Melissa used to be a good nurse practitioner but once she moved to the office in Chandler she changed. She used to be caring, kind, sympathetic and listened but not anymore. The office where she works now is always dirty; the bathroom is gross, they don't empty the trash and the staff don't wear masks during a pandemic. Melissa ordered a scan, the medical assistant called and said I had kidney stones and yet nothing was done for me. No meds were prescribed to break them up or help with pain relief. I passed kidney stones myself in severe pain. She did nothing for me nor referred me anywhere despite developing organ damage from Covid. She just told me that some patients died. I can see why, because people like her don't seem to care about their patients and don't help them. She wrongly increased my thyroid medication and caused hyperthyroidism because of overdosing and never apologized nor tried to help. I had to see an endocrinologist to get it sorted. My health suffered with her.

I just love her! She is a health care professional who ACTUALLY cares! I’m am so glad I am her patient. She listens to my concerns, she is very intelligent and she makes me feel very comfortable. Hands down, the best practitioner I’ve ever had.

Melissa Is very knowledgeable, experienced and very friendly. she listens and explains your conditions and provide the patient with treatment options. She is very caring as well. Appointments are easily scheduled especially if you have an urgent concern. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Brown if you are looking for an female PCP.
