Terrible
Melissa is very unprofessional. She has missed appointments with me and didn't even call. When I reach out to the clinic is when I hear back from usually with an excuse that something unexpected happened or she thought I'd been contacted to reschedule. Then when we have met it was rushed. Wish I could give her a negative 10.

Dr. Duplantis is a knowledgeable and caring psychologist. When iin-session with her, she treats you like an individual by focusing on the dialogue and listening very intently. She is caring yet professional.
